five accepted manuscripts awaiting publication
and one chapter in a textbook.

Eighteen oral research presentations, six posters, four videos
and thirteen invited lectures at national and international meetings.

      THESIS

“A study of the prevalence and severity of diabetic retinopathy in the
Wirral by a community optometry based three-tier surveillance system”
submitted for the degree of MD of the University of Liverpool, 1998-2000.

"A comparative study of retrobulbar and periocular anaesthesia
for ocular surgery" Accepted by the University of Calcutta
for the degree of MS in Ophthalmology, 1992.

I have served as a reviewer for ‘Eye’ The Journal of The Royal College of
Ophthalmologists, The British Medical Association medical books competition,
The British Journal of Orthoptics,The Journal of Postgraduate Medicine
and The NHS North-West R&D Support Unit.

Photography - my photographs have been exhibited as part of an exhibition
at The Festival of India in the (former) Soviet Union
